किसी ने बड़े ही कमाल की बात कही है कि काश जिंदगी में समस्याएं भी स्टेटस (STATUS) की तरह होती है, 24 घंटे में खुद-ब-खुद डिलीट (Delete) हो जाती ।

आज एक छोटी सी कहानी पढ़ते हैं । यह कहानी है एक गरीब परिवार की। जिनके घर में कई बार खाने के लिए भी पैसे नहीं होते थे ।

ऐसा परिवार जिसने अपनी जिंदगी में संघर्ष भरे दिन देखे थे एक दिन इस परिवार (फैमिली) के पिता ने अपने बेटे को बुलाया ।

और पूछा कि बेटा एक बात बताओ कि ये जो पुरानी सी टी-शर्ट (T-Shirt) जो तुम्हें टंगी हुई दिख रही है कितने की होगी ?

तो उस बेटे ने कहा कि पापा ये $1 (1 डॉलर ) की होगी.. उसने अंदाज़ा लगाया ।

उसके पापा ने उसे कहा कि बेटे एक काम करना है आज शाम तक तुम्हें जाना है मार्केट में और से बेचके आना है लेकिन इसे $2 (2 डॉलर) में बेचना है ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है कि बच्चे ने "ना" (No) नहीं कहा..

बच्चे ने सोचा कि उसके पापा ने जो कहा है वो अब कैसे हो सकता है ?

क्योंकि उनकी फैमिली जो थी चाचा-चाची ताऊ-ताई सारी फैमिली एक संघर्ष की जिंदगी जी रहे थे ।

उस बच्चे को लगा कि शायद फैमिली की मदद करने का वक्त आ गया है ।

वह बच्चा घर से बाहर निकला.. उसने सोचा कि अब क्या किया जाए.. उसे कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा था और वो टी-शर्ट भी इस हालत में थी की वो $2 (2 डॉलर) में बिक ही नहीं सकती थी ।

वो बच्चा घर में वापस अंदर आया । जो पुराने कपड़े रखे थे, उनके नीचे उसने उस टी-शर्ट को रखा । घर में प्रेस तो थी नहीं तो इस तरीके से उसपे प्रेस की ।

उस टी-शर्ट को लेकर गया, उसने दिमाग लगाया । वो स्टेशन पहुंच गया । स्टेशन पर जाकर खड़ा हो गया । आवाज देता रहा, चिल्लाता रहा ।

शाम तक उससे किसी ने वो टी-शर्ट, क्योंकि एक छोटा बच्चा बेच रहा था, $2 (2 डॉलर) में ख़रीद ली।

बच्चा शाम को घर आया, घर आकर के उसने अपने पिता को बताया कि वो टी-शर्ट $2 में बिक गई है ।

अगले दिन फिर से उसके पिता ने उसे एक पुरानी सी टी-शर्ट दिखाई और कहा कि बेटा यह टी-शर्ट तुम्हें आज $20 (20 डॉलर) में बेचनी है ।

बच्चे ने फिर से "ना" नहीं कहा । बच्चे ने फिर से दिमाग लगाया और सोचा कि क्या कर सकते हैं । उसके पास एक पुराना सा मिकी माउस (कार्टून) का स्टीकर रखा हुआ था ।

उस बच्चे ने उस शर्ट को लिया और उस पर मिकी माउस का स्टीकर चिपका दिया ।

और वो बच्चा उस पुरानी सी टी-शर्ट को लेकर एक स्कूल के बाहर खड़ा हो गया जहां पर अमीर परिवारों के बच्चे पढ़ने के लिए आते थे ।

छुट्टी हुई, बच्चे बाहर निकले, कुछ बच्चे अपने पेरेंट्स के साथ में थे उन्हीं में से 1 बच्चे ने वो  टी-शर्ट देख ली जिस पर मिकी माउस का स्टीकर था ।

वो अपने पापा से जिद करने लगा और आखिरकार उन्होंने वो टी-शर्ट खरीद ली। उसके पापा बड़े खुश हुए की एक छोटा सा बच्चा क्रिएटिविटी (कुछ अलग-कुछ नया) करके लाया है । टी-शर्ट पर मिकी माउस का स्टीकर है। इस बच्चे को $20 तो दिए ही । साथ में $5 (5 डॉलर) की टिप (इनाम में) भी दी ।

तो $1 की टी-शर्ट के वो $25 लेकर शाम को अपने घर पहुँचा ।

इसके पिता अभी भी खुश नहीं थे । अगले दिन इस बच्चे को फिर से एक सी पुरानी टी-शर्ट दिखाइए और कहा के बेटे एक काम करना है यह जो $1 की टी-शर्ट तुम्हें दिख रही है जिसे तुमने केवल $1 की बताया है । आज तुम्हें इसे $200 में बेच कर आना और मुझे लगता है कि तुम ये कर दिखाओगे ।

उस छोटे से बच्चे को फिर से अपनी फैमिली की हालत याद आई फिर से अपने घर से बाहर निकला । अबकी बार बच्चा क्या करता था । सारा दिमाग लगा चुका था । बाहर निकला तो उसने मार्केट में देखा की एक बड़ा सा होर्डिंग लगा हुआ था ।

उस होर्डिंग बोर्ड पर लिखा हुआ था एक बड़ी पॉपुलर एक्ट्रेस थी उस वक्त की, जो कि एक स्टोर के उद्घाटन के लिए आने वाली थी ।

यह बच्चा दौड़ के उस इवेंट में उस जगह पर पहुंचा । छोटा बच्चा था घुसते-घुसते आगे तक आ गया और चिल्ला रहा था उस एक्ट्रेस का नाम । बोल रहा था कि मैं आपका फैन (प्रशंशक) हूँ ।

उस एक्ट्रेस ने भी देखा कि बड़ा क्यूट सा-प्यारा सा फैन आया हुआ है । उस बच्चे को आगे बुला लिया ।

इस बच्चे ने उस टी-शर्ट पर उस एक्ट्रेस का ऑटोग्राफ ले लिया । ऑटोग्राफ लेने के बाद ये बच्चा फिर से भीड़ के सामने खड़ा हुआ और कहने लगा कि आप में से क्या किसी को ये ऑटोग्राफ वाली जो टी-शर्ट है ये चाहिए ?

वहाँ बोली लगने लगी । बच्चे ने शुरुआत की $200 से.. किसी ने $300, $400, $500 कहा…..

आखिरकार वो टी-शर्ट जो केवल $1 की थी । पुरानी टी-शर्ट, वो पूरे $2000 (2,000 डॉलर) में किस ने खरीदी ।

ये एक छोटी सी कहानी है अमेरिका के बास्केटबॉल प्लेयर माइकल जॉर्डन (Michael Jordan) की ।

और ये छोटी सी कहानी ज़िन्दगी में बहुत बड़ी बात सिखाती है कि हमारी लाइफ में हर वक़्त हर दिन एक नया चैलेंज आएगी । ये दुनिया ये ज़िन्दगी हमें हमेशा नए-नए चैलेंज देती ही रहती है ।

अब देखना ये है के आप उसको किस तरीके से एक्सेप्ट करते हैं और किस तरीके से फतेह हासिल करते हैं और कर दिखाते हैं कुछ ऐसा कि दुनिया करना चाहे आपके जैसा
